Community Action’s Human Resources Department is focused on providing quality services and support in employment, training, employee relations, benefits, compensation and safety beyond the expectations of all employees, enabling them to better serve our external customers.

The four-member Human Resources team and non-paid volunteers strive to meet our mission through accuracy, speed, simplicity, and self-confidence.
The Human Resources Department will act as catalysts enabling all Community Action professionals to contribute at optimum levels towards the success of the corporation.
We
will do this by:
Ensuring the women and men of the Human Resources Department are given the tools, training and motivation to operate in the most efficient and effective manner.
Promoting and recruiting the best qualified people, recognizing and encouraging the value of diversity in the work place.
